This week, a cohort of the of our Northern Ireland colleagues volunteered to become Autism ambassadors and achieved the Autism NI Impact award for our business. This partnership comes off the back of discovering that 15.5% of our colleagues are neurodivergent from our inclusio campaign last year. This was a great opportunity for our people to gain a deeper understanding into the world of autism and more importantly, discover how we as a business can continually build a culture and environment that is inclusive. This partnership aligns closely with our partnership with AsIAm where we have four sessions left. Well done to everyone who took part.

Welcome Home Shane!
We would like to welcome back our colleague Shane from Paris! He did us all proud and represented your country extremely well and we hope he enjoyed every moment of the experience. Paris 2024 was the most successful Olympic Games with a total of seven medals and several PB’s and national records broken by our athletes. With the Olympics come and gone, the focus shifts to the Paralympics starting 28th August. We will be cheering on our Paralympic athletes who will be representing Team Ireland and we have no doubt, they will do the country proud.
Women in Finance Charter
Our Talent Acquisition, Reward and Recruitment team were delighted to attend the second Annual Report launch from the Women in Finance Charter at Dublin Castle. We are proud to be a signatory to Ireland’s Women in Finance Charter and it was great to witness the second Annual Report delivered by Minister for Financial Services Neale Richmond. This was an important milestone and highlights the significant progress that has been made since it was established. Gender diversity at all levels of our business is crucially important and we see this as a unique strength and an opportunity to make a positive impact particularly with our customers. We are proud to be one of 91 signatories to Ireland’s Women in Finance Charter, demonstrating our commitment to increase women’s participation in our company.
