Energy Management Award

On 25th September, at the annual regional council Envirocom awards ceremony, RSA won a major award for the Energy Management processess and practices utilised in our new HQ building in Dundrum, Dublin. The objective of the awards is to honour Ireland's private and public organisations engaged in outstanding and innovative environmental management.

Announcing the win the local council highlighted RSA's 'design and implementation of energy efficient technology, waste management practice and the incorporation of new initiatives spearheaded by the Green Team'. Mike Fenton and Dave Magee represented the company at the awards function and on behalf of all staff, proudly accepted the trophy from the Cathaoirleach of the council - Mr Tom Joyce.

Philip Smith, CEO was delighted with RSA's latest win and noted that 'the award is a tremendous external vote of approval and support for our ongoing investment in green, environmentally friendly practices and our new state-of-the-art premises. We intend to further build our 'green' agenda and, over the coming months, our next key environmental goal is for RSA Ireland to achieve full Carbon Neutral status.'
