RSA Give as You Earn (GAYE) Programme

As part of our annual Community Investment activity, RSA operates a monthly Give As You Earn Programme (GAYE).

How does G.A.Y.E. work?

Each month an amount, agreed by staff, is automatically deducted from their salary by HR. All contributions are matched by the company.

The Charities which we support under this venture are Aware, Irish Hospice Foundation and Beaumont Hospital. Through these contributions staff at RSA have directly helped the charities in the important, valuable work they carry out.

RSA is a registered business name of RSA Insurance Ireland Limited. RSA Insurance Ireland Limited is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland and is a private company limited by shares registered in Ireland under number 148094 with registered office at RSA House, Dundrum Town Centre, Sandyford Road, Dundrum, Dublin 16.
