RSA sponsor Sales Institute breakfast seminar

 

RSA Insurance were delighted to sponsor a recent Sales Institute (www.salesinstitute.ie) breakfast meeting titled "Getting Insurance Business...Fast!" Key note speaker for the session was Dermot McConkey and the presentation reviewed the correct approach to selling insurance today.

The talk also provided attendees with a clear understanding of the consultative sales process while at the same time, establishing the power of annual reviews with clients. It covered the factors that influence and help persuade prospects to purchase cover at the right level and to review that purchase annually. Customer service will be the cornerstone of future client relationships and best practice in this area was identified.
